We’ve put together a fun and easy 7-Day Challenge to help you reset, refocus, and kickstart 2025 like a boss. Each day is designed to focus on your mental, physical, and emotional well-being. Day 1: Meditate & Chill
Find a comfortable spot, pop in some earbuds, and take at least 5 minutes to zen out. Meditation helps clear the mind and sets the tone for a calmer, more focused year. Not sure where to start? Try apps like Headspace, Insight Timer, or Calm, or hit up YouTube for some amazing guided meditations. Trust us, your brain will thank you.
Day 2: Go Green
No, not that green (unless it’s legal where you are 😉). Today’s all about loading up on greens. Whip up a big leafy salad, sauté some kale, or sip on one of our Hulk Smash or one of our green smoothies. Greens are packed with nutrients to fuel your goals and glow up your skin.
Day 3: Cleanse It Out

Day 7: Self-Care Sunday (or Whatever Day You Land On)
End the week by doing whatever fills your cup. Take a long bath, get a massage, read that book you’ve been meaning to start, or simply binge your favorite comfort show guilt-free. Self-care is the ultimate way to show yourself some love as you head into the new year.
